  2. Design the denture base or gingival structure in CAD software
  3. Position the restoration to maintain adequate material support and efficient nesting
  4. Mill with sharp PMMA-compatible burs and a validated milling strategy
  5. Remove connectors carefully and finish the borders and intaglio surface without altering the fit
  6. Polish progressively to achieve a smooth gingival-colored surface
  7. When combining with tooth-colored PMMA or denture teeth, follow the instructions of the selected bonding system
  8. Clean the restoration thoroughly and inspect the fit, surface quality, and bonded interfaces before delivery
