Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with OnePro Dental. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free from signs of installation, milling, or modification
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used, milled, or partially used discs or materials
- Custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@oneprodental.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. The fastest method is to return the item and place a new order.
